At 14th Addiction, we strive for perfection in every piece, but we understand if a garment does not meet your expectations. We offer returns or exchanges on all unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction with our artisanal designs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hardware protections, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
